Rachel M. Zucchi, MAI, CCIM was elected as 2020 President of the FGCC

Rachel M. Zucchi, MAI, partner and managing director of RKL Appraisal and Consulting, PLC, was elected to serve as the 2020 President of the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. The Florida Gulf Coast Chapter serves over 600 members, candidates, practicing affiliates and affiliates in 36 counties on the west coast of Florida from Pensacola to the north, Collier County to the south and Polk County to the east. The chapter membership consists of real estate appraisers and professionals in related fields.
